Fictional Backstory: Chaos Engineering is a compound in the Great Northern Wastes that is home to fabricators, engineers, and inventors. The group trades with other tribes across the area formerly known as Western Canada and provides repair, design, construction and modification services forvehicles, weapons, power generation, and other machinery in exchange for food, fuel, and ammunition. Chaos Engineering members go on multiple scouting trips each year in search of new salvage material and trading partners. This year the founders of the tribe are traveling to Wasteland Weekend to celebrate our survival for another year and to extend our salvaging and trading range further south.
Description: Dani and Ben made the trip south from Canada to Wasteland Weekend last year and had so much fun that they are doing it again. Dani is a professional welder and fabricator, and Ben is a systems architect for a computer security company as well as an amateur fabricator. Both of them enjoy guns, motorcycles, and of course anything to do with the apocalypse. Ben has been making apocalypse-themed vehicles for over a decade, and they are both looking forward to bringing one to this year’s party.
